Yes, we were hacked for a good part of the last week. We don’t know why but we now have a good idea of how, and we think that we’ve fixed the problem.
Because of this, and other difficulties (vacations, time constraints, etc.) we were unable to record the first TTB Mini this week. However, look forward to it next week, and the week after, and the week after that, and - well, you get the point.
It’s official - over 5,000 unique visitors have visited teentechbuzz.com since it’s creation a little over a year ago.
Check the counter-thing at the bottom of the page - At the time of this posting it says 5017.
Woohoo!!!
We though that it would be cool to show you guys what it’s like during our recording sessions, so here’s my flickr set of episode 20’s recording. BTW, episode 20 should be out in the next week, it’s currently in the editing process.

Our 14th podcast has the news from Aaron, a review of the iPod FM Radio Tunner, and a Samson microphone in addition to a discussion about the new 5th Avenue Apple Store.
Well, we’ve decided to start expanding the podcast into a new territory: Contests. We have decided to start doing contests with (of course) good and juicy prizes. These prizes will usually be review copies of products that we are allowed to keep, but, according to our unofficial ethics code, can’t. All of these products in the contests will be technology related. These contests will usually be announced via an episode of the podcast, and via the website at about the same time. Most of these podcasts will probably last about two weeks on average, so it will be in between podcasts.
Anyway, enough about what we plan to do: This is our first contest, which won’t be featured on the podcast unless there are no winners by the time that the podcast is released, where we will announce it “officially.” For this first one, we’re going the make it simple: 20 questions. We’ll give you some clues about a product that we will give away, and you can ask up to 20 YES OR NO questions in the comments, about it’s qualities, maker, etc. You can also (of course) guess what product it is. So here’s the clues:
We are in the possesion of a consumer electronics product.
It is a product directed at a younger audiance.
It costs between $50 and $100.
It has been talked about on the podcast, either in a news segment, review, discussion, or any other segment.
What is it? The first one to answer with a comment to this post wins the mystery item. You can ask as many questions as you want, but you can only state 1 guess. Please include in your comment your email address, so that we can email you to find out your contact info. We promise we won’t give your address to anybody but our parents, who are very good people. Trust us. Once we have your address we will mail the product to you. Please be aware that we have the legal obligation to refuse sending this product to anybody. If you think you know what the product is, but don’t want it, you might want to leave it for someone else who wants it. You have 2 weeks. If no one has figured out the right product by then (after being featured on the podcast, also) we will probably do a new contest where you know the product that you don’t know now beforehand.
Good Luck!

We are SOOOO sorry for the huge amount of delays lately, but this time we have a serious excuse: Aaron was hit by a car Friday afternoon shortly before we were scheduled to record the podcast. Aaron is fine. He has some cuts on his face, and his leg is very sore, but unfortuanally we won’t be able to record to the podcast for another week.

Due to a family affair with Aaron, there will be a delay for our next podcast. Instead of being released the weekend of the 11th, it will be released the weekend of the 18th. We are sorry for any inconvenience that this may cause.
The review for the upcoming show though, will be of the mobiBLU Cube 1 GB MP3 Player.
